Edmonton Municipal Elections

Special Event Audio Visual and Live Streaming Services, Closed Captioning Integration
Providing The City of Edmonton with a complete package of event AV, Live Streaming and post event analytics for the Municipal Elections.  The project was comprised of 12 Ward Forums and 3 Mayoral Forums.  The ward forums were held 2 per night simultaneously over 6 days which required us to provide two seperate event systems and broadcasting setups.  To help maintain engagement with our online audience we provided a two camera shoot for each event allowing us to be able to change up angles and highlight speakers as they made their presentation.  In addition Kiwi Productions also provided real time in house Stenography services which was also integrated into the Live Stream Feed as Closed Captioning.  Take a look below at a sample from one of the Live Streams along with a review from the city about their experience working with us.
