but be sure to check and see if they can provide everything you need for your type of event. You'll want to make sure that your contract allows you to use outside A V companies if you need.

The second, is to make sure you have enough power and internet to support your event. There's nothing worse than planning an event that fails because the wifi can't support your broadcast or your audiences' needs.
